Berlin, July 15

German Catholic organs announce that Princess Agata of Ratibor and Corvey has been excommunicated for marrying Prince Frederick William of Prussia.

Prince Frederick William is the youngest son of the late Prince Albert of Prussia, Regent of Brunswick, who died in 1906, and is a second cousin of the Emperor William. He was born in July, 1880. The Princess is the elder daughter of the Duke of Ratibor, head of one branch of the House of Hohenlohe-Schillingsfurst, and is 21 years of age. The wedding was conducted on June Bth with all the traditional ceremonial of the Hohenzollern’s, and was attended by the Kaiser, who placed a Royal crown on the Princess’s head.
