The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp market is very depressed and dependent on Manila reports. New Zealand good fair, forward shipment, New Zealand good fair, ; fair, £2l 10s; Manila 10s; output Manila, 26,000 bales.
