IN DIVORCE.
Napier, June 30
In the Supreme Court to-day Mr Justice Edwards granted a decree nisi for divorce in the case of A. E. K. Howse (petitioner) v. M. A. Howse (respondent), and Hans Peterson (co-respondent, on the ground of adultery, Patrick William Scally, farmer, of Dannevirke, sued Andrew Eaing, also of Dannevirke, for damages for slander, and Mr Justice Edwards gave judgment for plaintiff for ,£25 with costs.
