Under authority of “The Land Drainage Act, 1904,” “The Rating Act, 1894” and “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901” and any amendments thereto.; is given as follows: That this Board intends at a meeting to be held on Friday, 24th June, to make and levy a general rate of three-sixteenths of a penny in the £ (capital value) upon all rateable properties appearing m the valuation roll of the Moutoa Drainage District, and to authorise the collection of three thirty seconds of a penny in the £ (capital value) (being a portion of the special rate of seven sixteenths of a penny in the £, made and levied on 27th August, 1908), on all properties in the Moutoa Drainage District, special rating district. Such rates to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1910, and ending 31st March, 1911, and to be due and payable in one sum at the office of the Board on the 12th day of July, 1910.
