Under authority of “The Land Drainage Act, .1904,” “The Rating Act, 1894” and “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901” and any amendments thereto.,is given as follows: That this Board intends at a meeting to be held on Friday, 24th June, to make and levy a general rate of three-sixteenths of a penny in the £ (capital value) upon ail rateable properties appearing in the valuation roll of the Moutoa Drainage District, and to authorise the collection of three thirty seconds of a penny in the £ (capital value) (being a portion of the special rate of seven sixteenths of a penny in the £, made and levied on 27th August, 1908), on all properties in the Moutoa Drainage District, special rating district.
