The High Commissioner cabled at noon, yesterday, as follows : The Hemp market is very depressed. New Zealand good fair on spot, ,£25 ; fair, ,£24; fair current Manila, ,£23 10s. Forward shipment New Zealand good fair, £24 5s ; fair £23 5s . fair current Manila, £22 ss. Ontput Manila 23,000 bales.
