The total eclipse ot the moon, which will occurr this eveniug, will be chiefly interesting through its effect in enabling Halley’s comet to be more clearly seen. The moon will be already eclipsed when it rises, at 4.22 p.m. The total phase will begin at 4-39, and will last until 5.30.
