Sik, —May I, under the above heading, bring under the notice of the. Borough Council the advisability of their giving notice to the owners or occupiers of property to have hedges cut back to the proper street line throughout the Borough. I also bring, at the same time, under their notice the advisability of making a by-law regulating the speed of automobiles and motorbikes. The principal offenders are outsiders, who career through Foxtou irrespective of moderating their speed, especially when rounding a corner, and only occasionally giving a warning signal. —I am. etc., CITIZKN.
