The Rev. D. C. Bates, wires as follows to-day:— There are Indications' westerly strong winds to gale veering to southerly, strong to gale after 10 hours; rain probable; rivers flooded ; glass fall slowly, but rise again after 20 hours. Tides gqod, sea considerable and increasing.
