HFMP MARK FT. The High Commissioner cabled to us at noon yesterday as follows : —The hemp market very unsettled, poor local demand, prospects uncertain depending entirely upon Manila. Average prices. New Zealand good fair spot, £22 los ; same prices for forward shipment ; Manila fair current, ,£24 ros spot, forward shipment ; Manila output for week 2i5,000 bales.
