SOME COSTLY MISTAKES.
11' only men ami women would prolit by I c experience of others, bow much worry and trouble would lie saved ! Vet, every day, people make costly mistakes which they should have learnt to avoid. For instance, there was lire fool with the gun that he ‘•didn’t- know was loaded” until it went oIV and hurt somebody. There is the thoughtless person who goes to 11 ml an escape of gas with a naked light, and so causes an explosion. Again, there is---perhaps in your household- somebody who makes the everyday mistake of thinking that they can lie"well even though they cannot digest their food.
Now, everybody ought to know that health and strength can he obtained only from food well digested, and that the first approach of indigestion is a very serious matter. Do you realise that neuralgia, anaemia, aud rheumatism, for instance, result from indigestion as surely as pains in the stomach, chest, head or back spring from that cause ? These troubles, aud many others besides, arise in the first place from a disordered stomach, and that condition you can remedy with the aid of Mother Seigcl’s Syrup, which tones and strengthens the stomach and gently stimulates the liver and bowels to natural activity.
Mother Scigel’s Syrup is not a cureall. It is made of roots, barks and leaves which have a remarkable tonic and curative effect on the organs of digestion, restoring them to healthy working order. Here is proof of what we say. Mr d. Gilmour, Gregory Terrace, Brisbane, (Queensland, wrote us 011 August 2nd, I DDD, telling how he had been cured by Mother Seigel's Syrup. “ It is now five years,” he says, “ since [ began to suffer from indigestion.. Always after eating 1 had severe pains in the chest aud stomach, with a distressing sense ot over-fulness, though 1 ate but little, having no appetite. At length, my stomach became so disordered that 1 could not retain anything. I used to retch and vomit after every meal. Often, indeed, I would vomit in the street. M hat 1 had to endure was really awlul. I was so weak and ill that work became a great burden to me, aud I was worried by the knowledge that if I grew worse it would lie impossible for me (0 work at all. "1 went on in this way, never a day free from pain aud distress, for two whole years. I was at a Joss to know what to do for 1 lie best or where to seek relict. Theu, on a friend’s advice,” adds Mr Gilmour, “I bought Mother Seigel’s Syrup, in a month I found myself a greatly improved man. [ could eat, sleep, and work belter, and the vomiting after meals ceased entirely. As i continued to take the Syrup according to directions, 1 .kept on getting heller in health and spirits until I was rid of all my troubles, thoroughly cured, aud as well aud sound as ever 1 had been in my life. I have never suffered from indigestion since.”
If you have stomach or liver troubles, if yon have indigestion, biliousness, constipation or headaches, Mother Seigel’s -Syrup, the herbal remedy, will prove as good a fneud to you as it did to" Mr Gilmour. It will clear away all your ailments and keep you in good health. Test it yourself.
