METHODIST CHURCH.

To-morrow is Thanksgiving Day, or Golden Sunday, at the local Methodist Church. The success which has attended the special recognition of members obligation to the Church during the past quarter has been very gratifying, for which the trustees tender their best thanks. The collections tomorrow will be devoted entirely to trust purposes, for which a special appeal is made. Another quarter has passed, and the old custom of bazaars and monthly socials has not had to be reverted to. The services to-morrow evening will be conducted by the Rev P. J. Mairs. The subject will be in unison with the day, “Joy and Sacrifice.’’ The morning service will be conducted by Mr G. Huntley.
