THE KNYVETT CASE.
Auckland, I,ast Night. Another public indignation meeting in connection with the Captain Knyvett case was held tonight in His Majesty’s which was packed to overflowing. Resolutions were carried protesting against the decision of the Government to adhere to the “ grossly unjust ” sentence passed upon Captain Knyvett and also asking for a Royal Commission to be set up to enquire into the administration of the Defence Department.
