A full attendance is requested, G. H, STILES, Convener. IN the matter of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,’’ and of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and the Acts amending the same and “The State Guaranteed Advances Act, 1909” respectively, the Foxton Borough Council hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise a special loan of 120,000 for the purpose of supplying the district comprised within the boundaries of the Night-soil Area with a Water Supply at a cost of £II,OOO, and Sewage system at a cost of £9,000, and to make an annually recurring Special Rale of 3:Lsd in the L on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the said Night-soil Area as security for the interest and sinkin;, fund in connection with such loam. The whole of the loan to be repayable on the first day of lanuarv, 1947. it is proposed to pay out of the loan moneys the cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest of the loan during the construction of the said works.
