IN the matter of “Tire Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” and of “ The Local Bodies Loans vkcl, 1508,” and the Acts amending the same respectively, the Foxton Borough Council hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise a special loan of £20,000 for the purpose of supplying the district comprised within the boundaries of the Night-soil Area with a Water Supply at a cost of f1 1,000, and Sewage system at a cost of £9,000, and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of 5%d in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the said Night-soil Area as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such loan. The whole of the loan to be repayable on the first day of January, 1947. It is proposed to pay out ot the loan moneys the cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest of the loan during the construction of the said works.
