IN the matter of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” and of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908,” and the Acts amending the same respectively, the Foxton Borough Council hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise a special loan of £20,000 for the purpose of supplying the district comprised within the boundaries of the Night-soil Area with a Water Supply at a cost of £II,OOO, and Sewage system at a cost of £9,000, and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of 5%d in the £ on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the said Night-soil Area as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such loan.
