KITCHENER.
Melbourne, Jan. 15. Ten of the men who were injured in the gun accident have 'been discharged from the hospital, and the others are expected to resume duty in a few days. Their wounds are less serious than was at first supposed. Lord Kitchener spent yesterday inspecting military tactics at the Seymour camp. Rain made things very uncomfortable, and interfered with the movements of the troops.
