The High Commissioner cabled yesterday afternoon as follows : Hemp market very quiet; price of New Zealand good fair grade on spot, £2B per ton, fair grade, £2^ ; Manila, fair current, ; January March shipments, New Zealand good fair, £27 10s, fair, of Manila for the week was 16,000 bales.
