The following figures show the value of the principal products passed through the Customs for export from New Zealand during November: Butter ,£245,961, cheese ,£111,984, frozen beef frozen mutton ,£43, 2 37> frozen lamb ,£17,803, oats ,£15,179. hemp ,£35.418, rabbits ,£15,917, kauri gum ,£30,960, skins £ti,799, tallow timber ,£36,181, wool ,£224,426, and gold £150,622. The total exports for the month amounted to ,£1,070,462, as against ,£861,541 for the corresponding period of 1908. For the eight months ending November, 1909, the exports from the Dominion show an increase of ,£2,170,761 over the corresponding period of the previous year.
