RAILWAY TRAINS.
BETWEEN WELLINGTON AND PALMERSTON NORTH. The first train leaves Wellington daily at 7.38 a.m., leaves Otaki at 10.35, Levin 11.20, and arrives at Shannon at 11.50 a.m., where passengers can go on by mail train at 12.1 T. The next train tb leave Wellington is the New Plymouth mail train, starting at 9.10 a.m., leaving Otaki xi.2o, Levin 11.50 and Shannon at 12.11. Passengers who arrive at Shannon by the previous train now gO' on by this train, arriving at Palmerston at 12.58, Wanganui at 4.20 and New Plymouth at 9.20 p.m. The Napier mail train leaves Wellington at 10.50 a.m., Otaki 1.5 p.m., Levin 1.40, Shannon 2.6, Palmerston North 3.30, Woodville 4.30, arriving at Napier 9.20 p;m. The express leaves Wellington at 12.15, Palmerston North 3.40, and arrives at Auckland at 6.58 next morning. An extra Auckland express leaves Wellington at 8.55 p.m., Otaki 10.55, Palmerston' North 12.30, arriving at Auckland at 4.40 next morning. The return Auckland express leaves Auckland at 10.35 a.m. every day except Saturday, and 8.15 p.m. daily except Sunday. The first train from Palmerston North leaves at 7 a.m., Shannon 8.5, Levin 8.39, Otaki 9.25, arriving at Wellington at 12.13. The mail train from Napier to Wellington leaves Napier at 7.30, Palmerston North 1.20, Shannon; 2.4, Levin 2.34, Otaki 3.5, arriving at Wellington at 5.15. The mail train'from New Plymouth leaves at 7.10 a.m,, Wanganui 12.1, North 3.37 p.m., Shannon 4.16, Levin 4.42, Otaki 5,13, arriving at Wel-r lington 7*23. Another train leaves Palmerston North at 5 p.m.. Shannon 6.12, ' Levin 6.47, Otaki 7.45, arriving, at Wellington 10.45 p.m. The running of the trains do not effect the Foxtbn-Palmerston service, but the Wellington mails ' via Levin arrive at 1.55 instead ofi 12.30 p.m.
