Auckland, Nov. 30. George Eeyland, 65, foreman at W. J. Claig and Co.’s stables, was killed instantly to-day by the collapse of a floor loft on which oats were stacked. Eketahuna, Nov. 30. The 20-months-old child of Mrs W. Nagel, of Rongomai, fell into a creek near the house ou Sunday and was drowned. At the inquest yesterday the jury added a- rider that first aid should be taught in public schools. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
