SALE OF HARBOUR BOARD LEASES.
The leases of sections at the Heads, forming part of the Harbour Board endowment, were submitted at auction by Mr Mounsey in the Masonic Hall yesterday morning. There was an attendance of about 60 persons, mostly present and prospective tenants. The lots with dwellings were put up first and the present owners were successful in'again securing them at the upset rentals. A number of sections were passed • in. The leases are for a term of 33 years, to be re-valued after 11 and 22 years. The sections are one and two roods in area. Sections were purchased as under : £ Lot 1, F. W. Fraukland 1 „ a, Miss L. G.
