FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL, ORDER. NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Foxton Borough Council held ou he 20th day of September, 1909, the following resolution was passed : That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 181 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” the Foxton Borough Council resolves by way of special order as follows: — Whereas Thynne Street, Reeve Street and Robinson Street from Easton Street to west end thereof are each one and a half chains in width, and as one chain width is ample and fully sufficient for the purpose of the above named streets, and the remaining part thereof is not required for public use, that the Council sell such part to the owners of the adjoining lands for a price to be fixed by a competent valuer, or otherwise deal with it in accordance with section 182 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” and that the above Special Order be confirmed at a special meeting of the Council, to be held on Monday, 25th October, at 7.30 p.m., in the Council Chamber, Main Street.
