A well-attended meeting of citizens was held in Mr Perreau’s rooms last night, lor the pur-, pose of making final arrangements re a fitting public send-off to Mr O. E. Austin. Dr. Mandl occupied the chair. After discussion it was decided! to entertain Mr Austin at a smoke concert in Mr Perreau's rooms on Thursday evening next. It was decided to make the admission ss. It was further decided to also make Mr Austin a presentation and a committee was set up to carry out all necessary details.’
