IVTOTICE is hereby given that •A.™ at a special meeting of the Foxton Borough Council held on the 20th day of September, 1909, the following resolution was passed: That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 181 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” the Foxton Borough Council resolves by way of special order as follows; — Whereas Thynne .
