DOMINION PICTURES.

Messrs Bird and McArtney’s Dominion Pictures tlate TaylorCarrington) showed in the Public Hall on Thursday and last night. Despite the rush of attractions this week the picturea were patronised by fair and appreciative audiences. The plant is unquestionably the most up-to-date on tour, and as the firm have made arrangements for the supply of the latest films from the firms of Pathe Freres and Urban, no stale pictures are reproduced. Some of the pictures shown last night were screened for the first time in New Zealand. The pictures are right up to reputation; and are clean, educative and amusing, and merit the attendance of every class of the community. A return visit will be paid to Foxton in about three weeks time, when an extra attraction will be submitted in the nature of the Cinephone.
