FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Fox ton Borough Council held on Monday, the ninth day of August, 1909, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, the thirteenth day of September, 1909, at 7.30 p.m. at the Council Chambers Main Street. Resolution : That in exercise oF the powers conferred on it by section 89 ot “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908” the Foxton Borough Council resolves by way of special order as follows: — “That after the 13th day of September next, the boundary of the nightsoil area of the Borough of Foxton on the western side shall be extended to include the whole of Block IV.’’ ALF.
