There is some talk of Palmerston going in for a tram service. We believe the time has arrived when the Palmerston Council should seriously consider such a project, Jn any case, tfre question could
probably occupy tbe debating powers and surplus energy of the Chamber of Commerce, instead of wasting time iu foolishly opposing and scheming against the carrying out of the Levin to Marton link of the Main Trunk line.
