COLONIAL BLUEJACKETS.

HONOURED BY THE KING. London, July 27. The Australian and New Zealand bluejackets from the British navy, as guests of the King, paraded in the gardens of Buckingham Palace. The Queen, the Prince and Princess of Wales, Admiral Fawkes, Lords Crewe and Northcote, and Colonel Foxton (Commonwealth Minister of Defence) were present. The King closely inspected the men, and in a pleasant speech expressed the hope that the experience gained would prove the need of fruitful development of naval training in the colonies.
