In the House of Commons Mr Asquith’s motion expunging the suspension of Mr Thorne was unanimously agreed to. Melbourne, July 19.

Mrs Cox and Albert Hay have been committed lor trial for the murder of the former’s husband.

I,ast week a Melbourne fruiterer named Cox was found dead in a room near the rear of his shop. Deceased’s wife informed the police that a strange man rushed into the room, where her husband 'was counting money and attacked him. Hay was a frequent visitor to deceased’s house.
