THE INQUEST.

The accused, accompanied by Constable Woods, Detective Quirke and: his uncle, was driven to the residence of Mr A. Symons, where the inquest was held at 3 p.m. yesterday before Alf. Fraser Esq., District Coroner. Mr R. Moore, who has been retained on behalf of the accused was present at the inquest and took full notes of the evidence submitted. Detective Quirke represented the police.,
