NEW COURTHOUSE AT FEILDING.

FEIEDING, June 24. Dr. Findlay, to-day, visited Feilding to officially open the new Courthouse. He and Mrs Findlay were the guests of the Chamber of Commerce and the Law Society. At the evening function, Mr Tolly (Chairman of the Chamber of Commence) presided. Dr. Findlay congratulated the district on its progress and prosperity. Others speakers were:—Messrs

A. Richmond (President of the Law Society), A. D. Thompson, W M., W; J>B. Trewin (Mayor), and Geo. Kirton (oldest Justice of the Peace). Before leaving Dr. Findlay, who was here only three hours, promised shortly to give a political address at Feilding.
