TAYLOR-CARRINGTON PICTURES.
The new programme of pictures to be presented by the TaylorCarnngton Management at the Public Hall to-night includes a truly marvellous picture styled “ The Motor Car Heroine ” in which over 300 people and fully 20 motor cars are engaged. During the racing scene two of the cars are completely wrecked', whilst another is burned to ashes. Not only a sensational picture but a most'convincing one, when the villians roll a huge log on the race track to wreck the heroine’s car, the audience hiss as vigorously as though the actors were real 'flesh and blood. Other pictures to be shown are “British Blue Jackets at Rescue Work,” “The Boy Hero,*’ “Wilbur Wright’s Flying Machine,” a novel film of great educational value; “Jaffa to Jerusalem,” “ Through Venice in a Gdndola,” etc. These with the addition of the usual assortment of comics, promise a most enjoyable and instructive entertainment. Prices and concessions remain as heretofore.
