DEATH FROM HEART FAILURE.

Just before three o’clock on Thursday afternoon, an elderly man named James Anderson, died at the Manawatu Hotel. Deceased had only been in Foxton for a little over a mouth, and bad been employed' during that period as cook at the Manawatu Hotel. He was taken ill on Thursday morning, and medical aid was obtained, but he died during the afternoon. The doctor would not give a death certificate, and a post mortem examination was subsequently held by order of the Coroner.
