SCULLING.
THE ARNST-WEBB RACE
Wanganui, June 7.
Interest is beginning to increase in sculling matters. Arnst, who was not too well on Friday, when he rowed in a very lifeless style, had a spell on Saturday, but was. afloat twice yesterday taking things easily. This morning he reported himself as feeling all right again. His weight this morning is i3st 41b.
Webb and Whelch were out yesterday morning and came down the river at a solid pace, both rowing well. This morning the ex-champion did another serviceable row with Whelch.
