Walden, Mounsey and Co., advertise particulars of an unreserved sale of dairy cows, horses, vehicles, farm sundries, etc., they are conducting on the farm, on Wednesday next, on behalf of Mr Savill. Mr G. P. Walker notifies that he has stocked boots and shoes of reliable quality, he is also making a speciality of gents, youths and boys clothing, dress goods and blousings. His address is Avenue Rokd, near the windmill. Messrs Ross and Co., of the Bon Marche, Palmerston, have a replace advertisement in this issue relating to their furnishing department, to which the attention ot those furnishing or renovating is directed. If you are furnishing or contemplating certain renovations, such as replacing some of your worn out carpets, hearth rugs, linoleums, curtains and such like you will want to see the stock we carry in our furnishing department. All imported direct from the manufacturers, and is value equal to any in the Dominion. Eiderdown quilts and blankets are a big feature in this department. C. M.
