The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : The hemp.market is quiet, small business doing, holders firm, New Zealand good fair, on spot, ,£23 ; fair grade on spot, ,£2l 10s per ton ; fair current Manila on spot, ,£23 per ton ; May-July shipments, New Zealand good fair grade, £22 15s ; fair grade, ,£2l 10s per ton ; fair current Manila, ,£22 10s ; Manila output 25,000 bales.
