In the matter ot the “ Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” and the “ Rating Act, 1908.” NOTICE is hereby given that the Foxton Borough Council will at the ordinary monthly 1 meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, 14th day of June next, make and levy the following rates for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1909, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1910, namely :—A general rate of 3d and a library rate of yhd in the £ on the rateable value of the Valuation Roll on all rateable property within the Borough, of Foxton, on the basis of the unimproved value. Also a sanitation charge of fifteen shillings per pan on all house property situated within the special night-soil area, the above rates and charge will be due and payable in one sum at the Towu Clerk’s office on Thursday the first day of July 1909.
