MOUTOA DRAINAGE BOARD. In the matter of the “Eand Drainage Act, 1904,” and the “Rating Act, 1894,” and amendments thereto. NOTICE is hereby given that this Board intends at a meeting to be held on the 28th May, to make and levy a general rate of one farthing in the £ (capital value) upon all rateable properties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage District. Such rate to be for the period commencing Ist April, 1909, and ending 31st March 1910, and to be due and payable at the office of the Board in one sum on the 16th day of June, 1909. NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Manawatu County Council held at the County Offices, Sanson, on rath May, 1909, the following special order was adopted :-r “ To make a separate rate of one farthing in the £ over the Whirokino Division of the Awahou Riding for the current financial year ending 31st March, 1910.
