ELECTION OF COUNCILLORS. TO THE ELECTORS. T the request of a number of the ratepayers I am a Candidate for a seat on the Foxton Borough Council, Should you do me the honour to elect me, I will eadea vour to discharge my duties as a Councillor in a conscientious manner and with due regard to the best interests of the ratepayers.
