Ladiks and Gentlrmicn, — 'F response to many requests to become a candidate for the Mayoralty, after due consideration I have pleasure in offering my services to the burgesses. Having served on the Council for a number of years, and owning very large interest in the place, it will be to our mutual advantage to have all works carried out in a business like and economical manner having due regard to our finances. I shall be a staunch advocate of the following works; and with the assistance of a strong Council, hope to see same carried out: A water and sewerage scheme. Formation of footways in the Borough.
