The Auckland millers have raised the price of flour 10s per ton, which makes the wholesale rate £l2 10s per ton, less the usual discount. This rise is the outcome of the steady advance that has taken place in the wheat markets of the world. Wellington, April 14. The price of flour was raised £ 1 per ton to-day. The price of bread will probably be raised iu consequence. Pollard, on the other hand, has dropped £1 per ton. By reason of the above quotations the price of flour has been raised locally by £1 per ton.
