NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS FOR EASTER HOLIDAYS. ON 9th APRIL (GOOD FRIDAY).— With the exception of the Wellington - Auckland Express and Wellington-New Plymouth Mail trains, the 7.0 a.m. Palmerston North-Wellington, the 4.0 p.ra. Wellington-Palmerston North, the 9.0 a.m. Foxton-Palmerston North and 5.35 p.m. Palmerston NorthFoxton trains, which will run as usual, the ordinary timetable will be suspended. ON 12th APRIL (EASTER MONDAY)— With the exception ot the Wellington - Auckland Express, and Wellington-New Plymouth Mail trains, the 7.0 a.m. Palmerston North-Wellington, and the 4.0 p.m. Wellington-Palmerston North trains, which will run as usual, the ordinary timetable will be suspended. Other trains will run as under — For Palmerston North, Wellington dep, 6.10 a.m., Foxton dep. 8.50 a.m,, 3.10 p.m. For Foxton-—Palmerston North dep, 9.0 a.m., 6.55 p.m. FOR WELLINGTON (Thorndon). —> Palmerston North dep. 5-35 p.m, FEILDING RACES, 12TH & 13TH APRIL. ON 12th APRIL (EASTER MONDAY)— Special train leaves Wellington for Palmerston North at 6.10 a.m. connecting at Palmerston North with train leaving there for Feilding at 11.17 a.m. On 12th and 13th April, train leaves Feilding at 4.40 p.m., connecting at Palmerston North with train leaving there for Wellington at 5.35 p.m. On 13th April the usual 5.35 p.m. Palmerston North-Foxton train will leave Palmerston North at 6.55 p.m. Foxton arrive 8.25 p.m. Holiday Excursion tickets to Feilding, available for return until 12th May, will be issued at Wanganui, Taihape, Foxton, Wellington (Thorudon), Dannevirke, Masterton and intermediate stations, on direct line of route, -by morning trains only on 13th Apjril.
