At the Park yesterday afternoon the Foxtou Club defeated Debaters by 73 runs on the first innings. Neither club could put a full team in the field, Foxtou mustering six players and Debaters eight. Foxton batted first and knocked up 108. Baillie, 62 not out, gave a first-class display of batting. Nightingale 14 and Robinson 15 were the other double figure scorers. Debaters first inniugs closed for 35, and did not include a double figure score. Bowe, Marlin, Death. All players are requested to be on the ground at 2 p.m, sharp.
