REPRESENTATION.
It will be noticed that Palmerston’s representation on the Board through the appointment of Mr Woods, is the same as Foxton viz., two members, Feilding and Levin Borough Councils, and Manawatu County Council, one each. It is rather unfortunate that Mr Heunessy, one of Foxton’s members, will be absent for about nine months.
