ONE SOURCE OF REVENUE.

Onk assured source of revenue to the Board will be the cutting up and leasing in small holdings, of numerous sections at the mouth of the river. These sections will be snapped up like hot cakes by persons desirous of erecting seaside residences. At present, outside the delightfully sheltered sanatorium, which is controlled by the Bands Department, the tenants who occupy sections about the foreshore have no security of tenure. We hope the Board will find time to give immediate attention to the cutting up and leasing of sections along the Heads foreshore.
