IN pursuance of “The Licensing Act, 1908,’’ notice is hereby given that an election for the return of Five qualified persons to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the said District will be held, and the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the undermentioned polling places of the said District, on Tuesday, the 9th day of March, 1909. Every Candidate for election must be nominated by not less than two electors of the said District by a nomination paper, as prescribed by Section 105 of “The Legislature Act, 1908,’’ delivered to the Returning Officer on or before Monday, the Ist day of March, 1909, at 5 o’clock p.m. The following are the polling places:— Mar'ton (principal), at the Drill Hall.
