MR CLEMENT L. WRAGGE.

On Thursday evening next, at Public Hall, Foxton, Mr Clement h. Wragge, the world - famed astronomer, meteorologist, and traveller, will treat his audience to a discourse on “ The Majesty of creation.” They will fly through .space, examining the minutest forms of life in our solar system, and then witness the majesty of the heavens as revealed by means of the sensitized plate and the gigantic telescopes and star-cameras of the Paris and Lick Observatories. Since his last visit to New Zealand Mr Wragge has been touring the world, seeing all the new matters of scientific interest there was to be seen, and enlarging his aheady magnificent collection of photographs of the heavenly bodies. Although on the occasion of his last visit this collection was considered very fine, the addition of over 400 new and beautifullycoloured photographs has made it by many degrees the finest ever seen south ot the Line. Popular prices are being charged, and a record attendance is anticipated. Mr Wragge will visit Shannon on the 22 nd inst.
