Tin Grading of Tow.
The new regulations in regard to the grading and packing of tow will come into operation on Februray i. It was originally intended that they should be enforced as from January 4, but the time was subsequently extended in order to give millers an opportunity of complying with them. Mr Fulton is satisfied that the introduction of grading and other regulations in regard to tow will have a beneficial effect on this branch of the flaxmilling industry.-
