Archibald M’Allister was convicted on three informations of breaking the terms of a prohibition order by entering licensed premises. He was fined on each charge, with the alternative of thr.ee mouths imprisonment (cumulative). Christchurch, November 20.
The Supreme Court was oc£ cupied all day hearing a cast; against an elderly man charged with an offence on a girl. The Court was cleared.
